I use different protein for different things. I like Isopure or Iso-100 or both (for variety) when I am keeping my diet low carb. When I am adding fats to my diet I use fish or flax oil. I like Noxipro for preworkout. I use Xtend for intra-workout (especially if I'm hitting hard cardio) and I use con-cret creatine. A great multi vitamin is Animal Pak -- but I've been getting sick of taking all the pills that come in a pak ... open to suggestions. Another suppliment I take is "Macro Greens" which gives great vitamins in a natural powder and you can get it at Whole Foods.
