Hey all, like the title states, I'm about to do my first test e cycle, and am looking for a good routine that will maximize muscle gains.
Some quick stats:
Lifting for 3 years.
28 years old, 6'0, 195lb.
My diet is clean, and I will be looking to eat around 4000 calories per day.
I've been doing a full body 5x5 routine 3x a week for the last few months, which have given me decent gains in both strength and size. This routine only hits the big muscle groups, so I'm looking for a routine that is more split up and will hit more isolated muscles. I don't think my current 3x a week routine will really be best to take advantage of being on test.
My arms are my biggest weakness. My chest, back and quads are huge compared to my arms. My goal with this cycle is to add more overall mass but also give my arms a big boost so I don't look like a T-Rex.
