Looking for a nice diet plan

Hey guys. I need help with my diet. Im trying to burn some fat off of my body atm and when im happy, i plan to pack on muscle. Im plateaued atm and would like some help please. Here are ny stats and diet...

190lbs
15% bf
I run the weed whip during a lawncare job and move quick enough to beeak a sweat every time in 12 hour shifts a day

My current diet is
B 2 servings oatmeal
Brunch 2apples and 2 bananas
L 3/4lb boneless skinless chicken breast
Snack 2 cans v8 juice
Dinner 2 chicken breasts and a veggie

I know my time of day to eat these foods may be off, but its just a diet ive tried from a bodybuilding and cutting website.

Im looking for a good plan and i will follow it perfectly. Also, a muscle building diet olan written up. The reason i ask, is because i am findin so many different things to try on the internet and would like something that perhaps worked for you guys. Time of day to eat certain things includings fats. Feel free to give any advice please
