Looking for Critique of Diet for First Cycle

Firstly- this is a great site with lots of helpful advice. I am planning on running my first cycle of 500mg p/w of TestE or Sustanon (sust) for 10-12 weeks but would like someone to critique my diet:

Vital Stats

Age: 43
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 170
BF:9-10%
Training: 10 years

Diet: Very clean (double click on image below for full details)- I don't drink or smoke. Quality carbs, plenty of protein, 6 meals per day and lots of sleep.

I have calculated my BMR which is 1670 and my TDEE which is 2670 cals.

Carbs might be a little on the low side and unsure about the fats.

Training: 5 on 2 off

Goal: Add 10-15lbs of lean mass before entering first comp in Sept 2011.

Any thoughts or input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
 
well if your looking for a bulk u need to up your calories by about 300-400...

also, if you take the time to put ur diet out on this thread in a form that tells me what your eating when and how much of it with the time of ur workout ill be able to tell u much much more

The jpg attachment to the message is a screenshot of the contents of my diet. I typically train between meal 1 and 2 or 6 and 7. For the latter, I shift the shake that appears as meal 2 in the jpeg to immediately after training (about 2hrs before before meal 7).

ur jpg attachment makes it very hard for me to tell when ur eating what.. thus, making it hard to critique
 
My apologies 3J- attached is the diet with timing added.



I train once per day for around an hour Mon- Friday. When training in the evening, the 2nd meal shifts to between dinner and the shake with berries (meals 6 and 7) immediately following evening training (1930-2030). The table shows the morning training option which has me training from 0630-0730 (between first and second meals). I would typically head to bed 1 hour after the final shake (around 22:30).
