looking for cycle advice ... help

Im 29 , 5,10, 150 lbs have done 2 cycles and growth hormone before. I am ready to start a test, deca, dbol 12 week cycle.

Week 1-12 700 mgs test e per week
Week 1-10 500 mgs deca per week
Week 1-5 50 mgs dbol everyday

I also have growth hormone from a previous cycle about 10 weeks worth so I was thinking of taking 5 ius per day 5 days a week for the first 10 weeks. Following the cycle i will be taking novaldex for 4 weeks 2 weeks after my last shot of test. Does anyone see a problem with this ?
 
the problem i see with this is that your 5'10" and your only 150lbs and you say youve done two cycles before with gh. either you are lying or your diet is horrible. 10 weeks of gh will do nothing for you. what were your previous cycles and how much weight did you gain from them??
 
When I was 18 I was stuck at about 120 lbs I did a cycle of dbol then immediatly after I did a deca, test stack. I was up to about 165 and when I came off I dropped down to my current weight of 150 and that stuck. Your right though I havnt had the best diet in the world and have always worked out in spurts of a year here a year there. The hgh is something I just tried last year and to be honest did it for 3 months and didnt really feel anything significant from it. It was called primotropin. What do you suggest the proper way to take hgh would be ? Its pretty expensive to take it for long periods , would it be a complete waste to take with my cycle?

wow. the only thing I got out of both of your posts is that you have absolutely NO idea how to eat properly. You need to stay far far away from steroids and hgh. You can't build muscle (or lose fat) without proper dieting skills.

Spend some time in the diet section of this forum and read 3J's thread. Then spend a few months eating properly (3J can give you great personal advice on diets if you post your current one and ask for help) be AMAZED at how much your body changed without the steroids.
 
Thats some pretty heavy legs. With all do respect I would probably run a jiu jitsu clinic on you and ko you in a bar fight so dont allow the size to cloud your better judgement. Im not a hot head though but have been training MMA my whole life so the size has always worked for me in my class. I am currently just trying to upsize I guess would be a good term. Im looking into diets on this site now and realize I am a long ways away from a proper diet to even think about starting a cycle. I believe I will put it off for about a month until I get into a proper routine. From what ive seen is 6 meals the ideal to take in for a day. Also it seems like most of the bulking diets are roughly 4000 calories. I realize im pretty small compared to alot of the bodybuilders on here so should my calorie intake be alot smaller then that ?
 
Whatup man you are a pretty skinny kid but the cycle u mentioned seems good and that was ur original question for the diet go to the diet forum been boxing since 10th grade I ever think about running a cycle of just anavar ?
 
u should leave the gear a lone and try to work on ur diet. u should be able to get a good gain with diet only,then think of the gear.

fighting is so old school. I just fucking sit on people now with my 350lb ass. Can't bruce lee their way out of that.
 
Lol nice replies on the post. I am going to try working on my diet Im getting advice from 3J in the diet forum. As for the anavar no I havnt tried running a cycle with just that is it similar to anadrol? As for the 260 lb guy Im not promoting fighting at all and sure maybe my 3 strikes wont knock you out but your girlfriend would have a tough time identifying you if you gave me 3 free shots and for your one strike to hurt me remember its gotta land first lol. Thats not the idea to talk smack just looking for advice. What is a good length of time to run the hgh and how many ius should be used formaximum efficiency?

There is a reason they have weight classes. were not talking 20-30lbs here-were talking 110. thats like a pinto playing chicken with a freight train-it dont matter how slow the train is going-it will win everytime.

Watch some ufc fights with Jeff Monsoon im sure everybody says before he fights "that guys ripped hes gonna win" then he loses all the time. Also watch some of the old ufcs before weight classes the little guys were taking down big guys alot. Im not saying whos tougher its just a debate. I guess im more familiar with MMA then with this type of info so im looking to learn not argue.

exactly, i had a friend, 200+lbs take up karate, the skinny black belt was no match, it was a joke, yeah fast, but every shot went off of him like flies

my friend does mma, competes, but gives up 40lbs to me, and yeah hes fast, and id hate to take a kick to the face, but he has very little interest in trying, because of the weight class notion

ill take the 1 from the big guy over the 3 little shots anyday, odds are the big guy will only need 1

monsoon fights like someone 45lbs lighter, all he does is bjj, his physique is more for aesthetics as opposed to fighting force a la brock lesnar

with those stats, and prior gh use.....i think your diet 100% sucks and probably so does your lifting

unless you have a fkn 50pack at 5'10 150, it must be funny when you tell people you workout
