looking for cycle advice ... help

Your right my diet does suck and thanks to this site im realizing it lol. As for lifting I can bench 225 max do sets with 205. I curl 50 lb dumbells. For my size I think its reasonable if I can get the diet on track hopefully those numbers will increase. Didnt you guys start somewhere too are you forgetting that?

These types of replies is what people don't wanna hear. No one gives a fuck that u can swing a 50 pound dumbell up and think its benifiting you. Obviously its not cus you are not growing. Learn how to train and eat then hop on steroids. Or just stick to training to be a mma fighter just like the millions of other guys out there.

Maybe find a different site and start all over and see what advice you get!!!!!

You're absolutely right about the overgrown idiots. Seems like 80% of the posters here would rather insult you than answer any questions. Their parents must be proud.

I did a cycle like the one you Proposed minus the dbol. I gained 25lbs and significant mass. I have been trying to stick to 2gms of protien per pound of lean body mass. So far it seems to be working.

PS: MMA kicks ass! I'll never forget the first time I laid some limp ass jar head's neck gently on the ground after successfully using a rear naked choke on him. I doubt he will either.
