Looking for diet help

Hi everyone. I have been lurking for a some time now and am learning so much from this forum. I am hoping that some of you out there can help me. I have been reading many suggestions for people to try dieting first before doing any aas. So I lift and do cardio, but when it comes to diet, I have no clue what to do. I am looking to get a little leaner with help from my diet. I just have no clue how to do it right. I am 5'1" and 110lbs and about 15% bf. I would really appreciate it if someone could post an example diet for a day. Right now I am doing 3 meals a day, and after researching here, I realize that needs to change.
