Hello, here are my statistics 6'0 185lb 9-10% bodyfat..
Squat - 360
Bench - 275ish
Deadlift - 445
Mile - 6 min..
I am looking to get as fast and powerful and strong out of the Helladrol starter stack from Mrsupps.com.. I am 20 years old and I accept all the risks of taking this product. I have been working out for quite awhile and I workout for strength and speed. Will this product aid in muscle recovery and strength? or will it just slow me down? Are there any alternatives that I should take? I am looking to be LEAN and STRONG AND POWERFUL. I am currently doing 5/3/1 on lower body and I do plyometrics for speed.
