Hey folks I'm 6'1 26 years old weighing in at 136 pounds. I have a steady 4 day gym week for over year now with a 180 grams of protein 3000-3200 calorie daily diet. I include shakes and all haven't been able to gain weight at all. Strength is there I get stronger just not bigger. I've decided to do a cycle to give myself a boost.
I'm looking at doing deca 200/ Sustanon (sust) 500 combo a week for 12 weeks with extra 2 weeks of Sustanon (sust) 500. I'm putting 3 weeks of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 500iu every 5 days mid cycle with another 3 weeks of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 500iu every 5 days 2 weeks after cycle. with clomy and nolva as a pct
My other option is to go 12 weeks testo-E 1250 500mg a week with the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and clomy nolva post cycle therapy (pct). Looking for tips and advise. All knowledge is much appreciated.
