hi I am needing advice on what steroid would work best for me. I know this is a very over asked question but I havnt really found the answer that fits me. I would like to gain about 15lbs and have a shredded body at the same time without the bloating of water weight. I am good shape but have a problem putting on the weight and its hard to put on the muscle that I want as well. I am 29yrs old 6' tall 160lbs. as of rite now all I take is 48grams of protein a day and creatine and a pre work out of pump hd. I work out hard and put in the time but im not getting the result I want. the roid sites offer so many hundreds of choices that it makes it impossible for me to figure this out and none of the companies will give any medical advice. if you can help I would appreciate it very much thanks.

You need educated on food. Being 6', you shouldn't have a problem getting to 200lbs. A scoop of protein a day is a joke. It's insulting to the people here that bust their asses at the gym, eat a bunch of shit that doesn't taste good at all and get a good night sleep.

What's the point of commenting to a post if all you are going to do is be rude? I am genuinely asking for advice and help from people more experienced than me. I am asking to educate myself and if that is an insult to you for someone to want to learn and ask questions then you need to lighten up.

Listen to 308. Diet is the key to success and 48g of protein is not nearly enough. Learn to eat and read the stickies. Good luck

I think he ment that he is supplementing with 48 g protein as in a protein shake. But the question you are asking is one that has been asked a hundred times on this site and there are hundreds of threads you could find an answer. Everyone has a different opinion and it is up to you to read as much as possible as make the best decision for you.

I was lost when I first came to this site and it took me months of research and reading and learning to get what knowledge I have now and it is overwhelming at times. With the limited info you posted in your OP wanted to gain lean body mass you would want to choose products like Test prop, Tren, and Masteron but at only 160lbs I would agree with the other bros and say you need to eat a lot more.

Focus on reading in the diet section or better yet hire a coach to make a meal plan for you and see if you can follow it for 3 months. Then if you have the discipline for that then consider using small doses of AAS to help reach your goals. Best of luck brother.

160 lbs at anything 6 feet is skinny as hell. You need to eat more. Then you will gain muscle. People wonder why they have trouble putting on weight, most of the time their problem is too little food intake. There is your solution.

You don't need drugs you need food, and lots of it. Figure out your TDEE. Add 500. Just guessing, but that'll probably be 3500 or so...try eating that or 4000 calories a day, increase if you aren't putting on at least a pound a week. Keep lifting and enjoy the results.

You need food. I am a hard gainer took and I'm 6'2". I started out at 130 and went to 205 within 18 months just by eating and training. They are not being rude. if you do any drug you'll Fuck yourself up and they are concerned. these are good dudes in here. trust me. You aren't eating enough. what are your calories and macros like? if you don't know then you deff are not ready for gear. just spend the money on food. even if you did get gear you would need even more food. if you aren't eating enough now then what makes you think you'll eat enough of gear? You only get one body

hi I am needing advice on what steroid would work best for me....the roid sites offer so many hundreds of choices that it makes it impossible for me to figure this out and none of the companies will give any medical advice.

I would stay away from the "roids sites with hundreds of choices"... 99% are scams any how.
The only steroid, if you decided to go that route, that would work best is just testosterone.
Go get your test levels checked.. You may be low and that's maybe one reason (of many) that your a skinny hard gainer.
I found out I was low and was doing too much cardio in my work outs.. I quit the cardio, injected 200mg of dr prescribed testosterone every 5 days and my weight went from 147 lb to 185 in 5 months.. My bench press went up from 145 x 8 to 275 x 8..
Low test levels was a huge part of why I was skinny

Hard gainer doesn't exist. Bad eaters, people mis-estimating caloric intake abound.

"Hard gainer" is a relative term.. It exists because genetics exist.
Example
a) Bob's genetics allow him to gain muscle from weight training at a consistent pace.. bobs metabolism, endoctrine system, muscle and skeletal build, etc. all play a part and why bob benches 400 lbs, weighs 250 and has 10% bf and has huge square shoulders and never did a single steroid in his life
b) Bill on the other hand is genetically very lean and has natural aerobic capacity and a super high metabolism and can run a 10 mile race without breaking a sweat. And can put down 10,000 calories a day and burn it off just sitting there. Eating lifting and 20 cycles of steroids Bill still may never reach the capacity of Bob.. Because of GENETICS..

So bill is a "hard gainer" as is relative to Bob.. Denying that is denying genetics and is akin to saying there is no such thing as short people,, Guys that are only 5'2" just need to eat more or do something and they'd be 6".. no they are genetically not capable of reaching 6".. It's the same with muscle building,, some people are "hard gainers" relative to others who are genetically capable of large gains

I agree that hard gainer is a relative term, but your example grossly exaggerates the difference between people's metabolisms. I'm not a scientist, so I can't debunk studies but I literally saw one last week that showed one standard devation from the mean TDEE, adjusted for sex, height and weight was less 10% +/-. I'm not denying genetics, you're overblowing their role. A LOT. Especially when you bring exogenous hormones into the equation, which are so easily adjusted up or down that you dwarf the role one's basal metabolic rate, endocrine system, muscle and skeletal build ETC play in the equation.

EDIT: Forgot to point out, TDEE (which I mentioned in an earlier post) takes "genetics" into account as well. Simple math - whatever your crazy metabolism is, 10,000 calories or whatever, if you eat 10,500 without burning the extra 500 you will add one pound of mass in a week

I agree with your initial post about "hard gainer" in regards to it being an excuse for poor training, diet, or flat out knowledge on what it takes to actually grow.

But I don't believe the body is as precise and mathematical as you state it above..
So if I simply add 500 calories above my daily requirement I will add a pound of "mass" per week??
Define mass.. It's surely not a pound of muscle growth per week.
If it were true math I'd take a 200 lb guy and add 500 calories to his diet a day and add that "pound of mass a week" for two years and he will now weigh 312 lbs !
The body is not that mathematical.. Add 500 calories to most guys diet to add a pound a mass a week and it won't work.. They'll just be shitting out an extra pound a week and clogging the toilet.
(10 bucks says you've tried to add 500 straight calories to your diet to hopefully gain a pound a week.. Then found yourself taking a crap 3 times a day Instead of once.. It's not simple math. All bodies and genetics are different.. U gotta be constantly tricking ur own body and find what works for u)

You're both right. I just ate like shit, but I also have a ridiculous metabolism. it's all about how bad you want it. if you need to eat ten thousand-five hundred calories a day to gain then if you want it you'll do it. when I was younger I had to take in 4200 calories to grow and when I figured that out I fucking did it cuz I wanted it. I was sick of being the skinny weak kid. This guy needs to do the same

how long have you been working out? think what many are trying to educate you on is regardless of gear, you won't gain much if anything (or keep any ) in a cal deficit / lack of nutrition .
NEVER a good idea to do any substance for a first cycle other than test. what ester is up to you. read the stickies on first page. no one is trying to hide the magic beans from you brother just help
