Losing 20lbs in 17 days. Is this a possibility?

What's going on everybody. I know this is my first thread but I've been around lifting forever but I am having my first comp coming up soon and my trainer is having me lose 20lbs in the next 17 days for a show. I'm 177 in the morning and at 11%bf. I know I have some water and sodium in my body but it seems scientifically and medically impossible for me to lose this much weight. I'm getting discouraged with it. Some motivation and info are greatly appreciated. Thanks y'all

So your 177lbs at 11% BF = 157.53lbs LBM. And your 'trainer' is trying to get you to lose 20lbs in 17 days. At your current stats you don't even HAVE 20lbs of BF. So is his plan to purposefully have you lose muscle mass. Doesn't sound like a very knowledgeable or caring trainer.

I know, he wants me doing lightweight but he's gonna be sadly mistaken. If I have to come in as a very light middle weight then so be it. I'm not gonna risk my health

Not to mention trying to drop that much weight that quickly is going to be both physically and mentally exhausting.

I used to wrestle in hs and the most weight that I've cut is 10lbs in 3 days and try going Friday and Saturday at a tourney on nothing. I was almost sent to the hospital. Granted I'm on supplementation but the body can only take so much
