I am 194 lbs 6'2''...I would like to get to 185lbs...mainly because I hate the fact that I have a little bit of fat around the waste. But my problem is I get hungry all the time so I eat especially if I have exams to study for. I was wondering what foods will keep you full longer that have less calories as well? As long as I keep my cal intake less than cal output...I should slowly start to drop some lbs. Any supplements out their that would suppress my appetite?
