Low e2 or high e2??????? Loss of libido and erection drop off

Going into my 6th week of 100mg of Test Cyp(50mg Mon and Thurs). Have noticed a drop in my libido and erections are not as firm. Haven't been sleeping well but I have apnea so that could be that cause. But a little bit of anxiety at night sometimes. Could that be a sign of low E2? I am having blood work done this week so I will know where I am overall. But I was curious your thoughts from you experienced TRT guys. PS: I HAVE HAD A FEW BEERS WITHIN THE LAST 5 WEEKS SINCE STARTING WHICH COULD HAVE CONTRIBUTED AND MY BODYFAT IS AT 20%. THANKS

We would just be guessing like you are. Just go in for blood work and see where you are at. Try to get in on Monday for blood work. Have you used Private MD - Buy Lab Tests Online before? You can get the Hormone Panel for Females (for men too) for about $50. You usually get the results in about 24 hours.

Mega,

In the meantime, until I get the blood work, should I do a small dosage of an AI or just wait? If the e2 is low what would be my next step?

If you are not currently taking any AI, your symptoms would likely indicate that your E2 is a little high. It would be hard for it to be low without the use of an AI while on TRT. But at the same time, it could be something else causing your symptoms.

Safe thing is to get the blood work before adding in an AI. If you take an AI BEFORE you get your blood work you will never know where your E2 was. Just go in tomorrow morning and get your blood work done.
