Low T Test

Hello All,

I am convinced I have low testosterone levels. I have a blood test scheduled 2 days from now. I would like to know if there are any tips to lower my testosterone count to help ensure I get a prescription. I want to get the lowest levels possible because I am in the military and I heard the doctors on base are only willing to issue prescriptions or referrals in extreme cases. I have heard long distance runs might help to decrease levels, any advice is appreciated.

Why not find out your levels before trying to crash them. Most docs don't know how to properly treat testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) so it won't be line you will get a lot to begin with. It can be a very long process.

Bro-
Get you levels tested and see where you land, do 2 or 3 tests and get your average. If they are right on the boarder then consider lowering them to "qualify" for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). That would be the most practical advice. And like Hammer said, most docs don't know shit about TRT.

I don't want to go against what all these other guys are telling you. But I do know I'm in the same boat myself And I've heard that starting about 2 weeks ahead of time Is needed to significantly naturally lower your levels.
#1 Very little sleep Like two to three hours a night. And none The two nights before you test
#2 Drink five or six beers a day? Don't ask me something to do with converting the testosterone in your body to estrogen. Continue this process For 2 weeks.
#3 No fatty foods! Matter of fact only proteins( Yeah I know that's almost impossible) But that's what you're shooting for anyway. The less cholesterol and fat since you take in the less chance of your body being able to turn it to testosterone. ( However that works)
#4 Tons of cardio. Running cycling jumping jacks anything to get you feeling like crap. Which Which by the end of the two weeks you really should be feeling that way anyway.
#6 No sex,!!!! Stay away from females, ( Or whatever floats your boat), porn, No masturbation, Celibacy is your friend! No Bay Watch either! Lol

I.! I am NOT a doctor nor a veteran on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). I got this advice From someone who was. And it's my game plan. I'm simply passing on this information to you. I'm not a medical doctor and I don't know if any of this stuff bad
for you or whatever All I know is this guy lowered his levels he said from around 500 down to 120 doing this method? Good luck bro!

Boy, I wish I had your troubles. Why don't you just do steroids rather than commit to a life of injections if all you're looking for is mass.

If I was you I'd probably run my own lab, not through the military to find out just where you are naturally without trying to lower it.....then you know where you stand, without the military doc knowing your test total. Then if it's borderline you will have a better idea on what you want to do.

Right after I first posted to this thread I did a bunch of research looking for tips and I made a list that looks almost identical to yours. The only thing I found that adds to your list was to stay away from fish oil which I happen to take on a regular basis. Now I just wish I would have posted and done some research earlier. Anyways good luck to you too.

P.S
Sorry new here and suck with computers, meant to reply to OUTLAWBENDER. Thanks to everyone for the advice
