low test 2nd pct dose???...

Hi 8 months after my prop/var cycle and pct my test levels are 241

I think my pct dose was too low post cycle due to running out of nova/clomid so i lowered dose but extended time.

This is what i was thinking.
HCG 1000iu 10 days
5 days of
clomid 50mg 4 weeks
nolva 40/40/20/20

Or should i increase anything for a more aggressive restart?

ALSO I don't usually breakout after cycle on pct, should i take an AI to avoid acne?

HCG should NOT be run with PCT...

You should have ran HCG from week 1 of cycle until 3 days before PCT...

PCT should always comprise of Clomid and Nolvadex at the doses you have mentioned - however you could raise the dose on the 1st week of Clomid if you are desperate.

Clomid - 75/50/50/50
Nolvadex - 40/40/20/20

You may also wish to extend the PCT to 6 weeks - purely personal opinion.

If you wish, you could blast HCG @ 500iu every other day up until you wish to start your PCT.

ie: if you are starting PCT in 12 days... you'd take HCG as follows

1. 500iu
2.
3. 500iu
4.
5. 500iu
6.
7. 500iu
8.
9. 500iu
10.
11.
12.
13. Start PCT
