I will be starting a 12 week cycle of Test E (500 mg per week) shortly, and just found out that I will be going to vegas near the end of it. I'm currently bulking up and sitting at around 14% body fat. The goal of this cycle was to put on as much lean muscle as possible, but now that I'll be going some place where I'll frequent the pools, I'd like to try and lower my BF% as well. How hard would it be to put on lean muscle plus lose body fat while only on Test E? It's my first cycle, so I'm not looking to add anything else to my cycle (besides my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and PCT).
Should I still be eating 500-1000 over maintenance and keep the diet nice and clean? Should I do some low intensity, high duration fat burning cardio daily?
