in guessing to maintain your weight you should be eating somewhere about 17times your bodyweight in calories, so around 4000 calories a day
eat about calories should be about 50% carbs, 35% protein and 15% fat
it owuld be a lot more beneficial however if you bulked up a bit and then cut down, or vice versa depending on you bf(altho if you cut your not gona be getting much stronger) this way you will see better results a lot faster
