Making an awesome spaghetti meal

Any tips on how to make a good kalorie/protein-rich spaghetti meal?
I simply love spaghetti :yumyum:

Like using an awesome sauce, meat, cheese etc

just use lean beef, whole grain noodles, low sodium sauce, and cheese...are you bulking? or cutting? this is great for bulking...
 
I replace the noodles with green beans for low carb. Stuff really is pretty good.
