I liked it but the back pumps and lethargy were worse than Dbol. Plus it burned when I peed. I put on about 12 pounds in 3 weeks and ended up keeping about 8.
Don't take more than 2-3 grams at a time, it can stimulate smooth muscle, like your bowels. I think iron addict takes 15 grams/day, but he also weighs about 500lbs, too.

Actually 2-3 grams of postassium would probably be good for you, I think you have to get in the 10+gram area for it to be fatal. You can take that much by taking baking powder in some juice.
