Okay, so I'm completely new to this scene...19 years old and I recently decided that I wanted to get serious about getting in shape and changing my eating habits, I'm 5'6 190 right now and practically none of that is muscle...I do not want to be "that guy" anymore. The problem for me is I am a very picky eater and struggle when it comes to eating most of the stuff that is healthy and required.
So I'm wondering if anybody has any secrets for hiding the taste/texture of those foods that are great for the body, but taste like shit haha. Again, I'm brand new to all of this so I'm not even really sure what foods I should be eating
(gonna have to check out some more posts and such on here), so any information regarding what kinds of foods I should be trying to eat, and tips for getting them down would be really appreciated. Thanks alot (sorry for my total newb-ness when it comes to this stuff haha)
