How long will you run the sus 250?? I am assuming you want to gain some mass. You need to eat, eat, eat! Plan on eating every 3 hours, from when you wake up till you go to sleep. Never go to sleep without eating first (something high in protein). Eat at leat 1 gram of protein for for every lbs you weight. In your case I would around 180-200grams. Eat 3.5 grams of carbs for every lbs. You can supplement your meals with protine shake or weight gainer. Try to fit in 6-7 meals a day. And drink lots of water(no cokes that shit will kill you) At least a gallon of water a day. Rest is a major key factor to grown so do not forget to get it.
I'll be running a cc an amp a week, so that would mean a 10 week cycle. I've trained for 2 yrs about on and off. I just started working out hard again about a month ago, so know I feel ready to take the sus.
you need to ask these questions before you even CONSIDER taking anything... do some more research and plan out your diet/training etc first... Try it out for a month or 2 and make it a routine and see if you can stick to it....
