Most will tell you 3 is about the limit I have seen people do more. I have personally done up to 5 but that was years ago. i think 3ml is a pretty good rule of thumb for larger muscle groups like glutes and quads and for some even delts.
As far at shots go in the quad, im reluctant to inject there becsuse my friend does some of his shots there and he cant move his leg sometimes... Bad injection or is that typical? Ill probably do half in one cheeck and the other half in the other cheek the first week and see how it works out.
And how often the same spot? once a week? every other day? depends on the life of the compound?
Depends on the pip. I do quads with the pharm grade cyp and I get a slight pip not enough to stop me. I did 1cc and ran 2 miles the next day. No problems at all no exhuberant pain notjing at all.
