getting sick of eating the same thing for breakfast and lunch, how do you guys change it up every 2 days or so ? shooting for 4000cals/200 g protein.

Can you take more than 1 tbl. spoon of flaxseed oil a day ?

for breakfast I been eating 4 egg whites on wheat bread wit mayo, 2 eggs, and a glass of milk sometimes blend oatmeal in it!
not sure if its enough cals for one meal?

dinner pretty good, prairie ridge ground sirloin&beef patty marinade in lea&perins sauce with monterey cheese, and a sweet potato.

Exactly, add whole milk to your diet, I drink a gallon a day, but it is important to get creative in the kitchen--learn to cook and love the food you eat. If eating becomes a chore then it will be much more difficult to bulk up. Check out the recipe section there are some good examples that can add variety to your diet.
 
can someone comment on my breakfast and dinner meals. let me know if there good meals for bulking.
gallon milk makes me have to shit alot and get cramps, get enough with shakes anyway. you know the human body isnt the best at processing dairy constantly, especially a gallon +more milk with shakes I think is over kill.

what is good to take for lunch, since I need to take a cooler to work with me (construction) I guess Im limited. but what is a good meal for lunchtime thats approiate for cals/fats/pro as Im bulking. changed my breakfast and working on my dinner and other meals and gonna try and drink gallon milk throughout day.
