Once a week ( sundays) I make it my measurements, now I measure my neck amd waist line
I have been on a cal deficit for 4 weeks and been loosing either 1/2" on my waist line or 1/2" on neck, but this following week lost 1/2" on both neck and waist, whats that equal on bf% as I seem to be loosing a wack of weight but bf is coming down slow ( I think), for instance first week I lost 10lbs of water dropping me down to 198lbs, and now starting my forth week I a, down to 191lbs as I weighed myself yesterday
Should I be loosing more of my waist line or is it pretty much the last to go?
Also switching my carb intake and protein intake, I posted my diet in a previous thread
