Don't know it's definitely ugl, usually not fake! Maybe under or overdosed but still active ingredients!
You will find out with some bloods!

I got some Test E from MedStar, and haven't found anything online about them. My label is the same as yours other than saying test enanthate and 260mg. Have you tried your prop out yet? I started pinning mine, but won't know much for a couple weeks since it's e.
