mercury poisoning?

Depends on the joint and where they get their fish. Not a wise thing to considering the amount of parasites on sushi.

na i will me making the sushi at my house. my grand mother is gonna be making that shit for me lol. i bought her abook on it.

Nice work. If you can get fresh wild artic salmon that would be your best bet. Otherwise follow current guidelines for fish consumption. Fresh is key.

i was under the impression that when using top grade toro (belly) tuna eat is one of the cleanist of all eats, id like to know? I am a sushi fanatic.

I personally don't think so, but others would definately disagree with me.

I was at the Oxygen forums, and there are women on there that will only eat tuna once a week, for fear of mercury poisoning. I think that's dumb personally.

well what happens if u were to get mercury poisoning.
This is a very complicated question which for which we're still trying to understand the answer. And we probably will be, for some time.

For example, it is possible that mercury may perhaps cause hypogonadism. I think I read something about how a lot of the crap like mercury goes to the testes. I don't have any scientific reference for this, however.
