for this drug, how many mgs is the max that is safe to take in one day?

1500-2000mg if i recall correct, split up. expect stomache problems and lack of appetite and probably for it not to work that well.

well it will probably do what it is supposed to at the higher doses....but is it worth it for the stomache discomfort (and i mean discomfort), and the lack of appetite (like not wanting to eat ANYTHING)???? better to use r-ALA as a glucose disposal agent. has bonuses like liver protection etc as well as dealing with the carbs. JMO.

yeah, i'm banned at FG.com too. funny thing it was for no reason...basskiller got a hard on one day and banned me and said i had to beg him via email to get back on. yeah right. lol. and on EF i was unjustly banned so many times its unreal (the very last time i admit they had a small infraction to get me on). very few of my names actually get the "banned" thing underneath though. not sure on FG.....but i know WARBIRDWS6 and THE_BIG_FED names are not branded with banned. FREAKZILLA1 is "banned" i know. as far as i know i am banned from EF and FG and from camaroz28.com.

yeah ive read most of you posts and I really dont see where they banned you. Yes you have a little attitude here and there you have to admit, but who the fuck doesnt? And as far a I knew (which probably wasnt that far) you seemed like a stand up guy. And besides, we all like looking at your avatar...lol


Damn it sucks EF is platinum now plus all that other shit they do makes it kinda hard to be around there these days. I mean you can only read 7 pages now before your time is up..... There is some brilliant bros on there too.
