It's totally fake bogus ass shit. Literally a waste of money. Aboslutely NO results. Lucrative advertisment for newbs/people that are new or unaware of the supplement business. I tried it when I was new to the game, I literally might as well of throw my money out the fucking window lol. Hope this helps.

I hope your diet/training was correct when you took it, I heard different about LG products. Plus they are a board sponsor so you want to be sure what the problem was.
