So this is my natty labs and my midcycle, I am on a test e and hcg 500mg a week cycle and taking .25mg adex eod. My guess is to up the adex to .5 eod to help with the e2. I have not seen a lot on what to do besides up your dosage of AI or take a serm to bring it down so not completely comfortable adding things in that i dont at least have some reasurance on that I am doing the correct thing. Is upping the adex that small amount going to do much or should I also add in nolva? I have no signs of gyno at this time the only thing I have noticed is I'm a little more tired than usual and my acne has come back pretty nicely. If you guys see any other concerns let me know I have been trying to study on what to look for on blood work but that is one of the things I am still slow to learn. I know it is a lot of trial and error to keep e2 in check and if i need to i will just do blood tests untill i figure out how to manage it all but some good advice from you guys could throw me at least in the right direction. Thank you.

Good Test levels :)
Just bump up your AI and stick with that.
You're not too far out of range so don't increase the dosage too much or add nolva.
Thanks for posting this.

Alright awesome I'll just go to .5 Adex eod and call it good. Thank you for the peace of mind!

Adding Nolva will not reduce your E2.

Increase your AI. I would go .25mg daily rather than .50mg eod. But both options would help.

You should donate blood soon. Your hematocrit is getting up there.

Ok that makes good sense I will do that thank you. And yeah I figured I needed to but waited to get the labs and now I'm back at work. But I will take care of it in two weeks when I'm home again.
Should I have been concerned about my FSH being low on my pre cycle labs? I know it's not far out of range so I really didn't concern myself with it, but sense they are on here I figured I'd ask you sense I feel you have very good knowledge on these things. If there is a thread that goes over all the things on blood tests in detail I would love to read and take notes just have not found one yet. Thank you!

Austinite posted a thread on how to read blood work. Search under his posts.

I wouldn't worry about your FSH since your TT is OK, unless you are having fertility issues.
