I will be at a warrior leader course for a month. Ill only be able to workout Saturday and Sunday. I get 3 meals at a dinning facility but what should I incorporate to ensure I don't lose muscle mass.
 
There are dietary supplements specially developed for military people to enhance their physical capacities stamina, resistance to stress etc. The one that causes the most quick effect for me is Navy Seal Formula.
