What would be the best stack for applied power, agility, stamina, strength, endurance, type conditioning ?

Do Tabata, multi joint moves and the basic power moves.. size is your enemy, muscular endurance is your friend. MMA and Caveman conditioning is perfect as well, use sandbags whenever possible.

Are you talking about the PFT for one of the 4 branches or the CFT for the marines? Either way, the military physical fitness tests are all less difficult if you are smaller, since they are all influenced by your bodyweight, i.e. knocking out 20 pull ups to max your score is going to be harder at 230 than at 170

ECA stack would help, but when I was still in, they declared ephedrine as a no-no for military personnel, and I'm not sure if they test for it. I would hate to recommend you take it and then have you get popped for it. I can tell you that in 4 years of having meat gazer duty, never once did we bust anyone for AAS that didn't come forward and admit it first, but I've been out a while
