Millipore stericups and EO???

has anyone ran EO threw the millipore stericup?

i cant remember but i think i read a post somewhere with someone saying they used EO and it started to dissolve the blue plastic of the filter housing and they ended up with blue gear?

wanna play around with some EO mixes but dont wanna waste any powderzzz

The filters you have are PVDF or ? You need a PVDF filter to use EO

Yeh their PVDF. Was just wondering about the EO if it dissolves some of the blue plastic housing the filter when it passes thru. Don't want blue gear lol

I did my Tren Ace brew using 50/50 EO/GSO and it had 0 issues. Just watch that vacuum pressure! I don't go over 7psi as ive cracked a plastic media bottle before.

Awesome. I use a glass receiver and normally sit the pressure on 15psi. Never bothered with the plastic ones.

If the plastic cracked at 7psi I would think the oils not sitting hot enough. Just a thought.
