More volume and/or intensity on cycle?

Hi, I'm about to start my first cycle and am kind of curious what to expect. Obviously, I expect strength gains. (by the way, I'm doing Test-E at 2x250mg/week and possibly deca, though I may save that for a second cycle to run alongside the test. Oh, and I have a load of D-bol that I may use to kick-start for the first few weeks)

But...aside from strength gains what sort of increase can I expect, based on your experience, in the frequency I am able to work out? I know it's a subjective thing, but I'm currently doing a 3 day split of back and biceps, chest/shoulders triceps, legs, though I often split things differently and generally work each bodypart once a week. I keep my workouts to around 30 mins if possible...sometimes by using a circuit, and sometimes by alternating opposing muscles with no rest.
I keep hearing that the gear allows you to work a muscle more often without overtraining, so I'd like to get an idea how much. As in, how much do you guys increase volume when on cycle? I know I will have to listen to my own body and notch it up a little at a time, but I want to make the most of my first cycle and not be too conservative.
 
Save deca for down the road, its just like rookie's running Tren without knowing how testosterone affects your system. Just run Test E for 10-16 weeks to see how you feel from it, take an AI like Arimidex (1mg/week) to prevent the test from aromatising into estrogen, and make sure to have clomid on hand for PCT. You can even run 250-500mg of Test E/week, 250 for cuts, 500 for bulks. Dbol was nothing short of a waste of time for me, you'll get real big by the 4th week, then when the 5th week comes along, all the water falls out and your left with next to nothing.
 
Im only using 125mg 2xweek test e and 25mg dbol/day right now, and you wont hear one complaint out of me.
