Use 1

took 1 cap

about 30 mins later felt a since of well being and a touch of sleepiness coming on.woke up 7 hours later and felt pretty good.for 1 cap use I am impressed so far.

I've had the chance to use it for a few times here and there.so far its been great.gets use to sleep smoothly you feel it kick in and your relaxed and then off you go.

used 1 and then 2 the last few days 1 was good. 2 was great I will increase the dosing however to see if I can notice a huge difference

used 2 last night.worked out well slept pretty well woke up a few times but only because it felt like i had been sleeping longer.so far great stuff

used 3 the other night had a solid nights sleep.still hard to say if 2 or 3 is a big jump at this point

tried 1 the other night sleep was good but took longer to fall asleep.may need 2 or 3 at this point
 
n2sleep has always worked wonders for me. I would expect nothing less from mr supps. Can't wait to give it a shot.
 
Interesting profile. I've taken a lot of sleep supplements over the years - ZMA, Melatonin, Nocturnabol, G8, Somatamax, N2Sleep, powerful, etc.

Will be interested in trying this out!
 
GABA alone is a great sleep aid. I usually do a gram of gaba powder by itself right now, for sleep purposes. You can get a great price on bulk GABA right now at mr supps ;)
 
tried 4 the other night went pretty well but had an odd dream that messed up my sleep.so I'll have to give 4 a try again to see if i can get a clean night of sleep
 
I think that's what I enjoy the best about sleep supplements....I always had good dreams on N2Sleep - I would imagine this would give me much of the same
 
tried 1 the last few days and woke up feeling pretty good but also so relaxed I didn't wanna get outta bed
 
been using 1 and 2.noticed I have built up a tolerance at 1 pill and 2 pills don't hit as hard appears 3 might be the sweet spot
 
sorry for the lack of updates I used 2 caps minus the caps drank them straight and they hit pretty quick maybe 10 mins and I was out.taste really isn't that bad either.I did this with need 2 sleep too and notice a difference so I may do this for awhile and see how it works out
 
try some of mr supps straight up GABA powder, a bit over a gram right before bed. That's my personal fav sleep supplement :)

I also noticed that Need2Sleep - so bottom line is we should just start dumping the contents of caps right down the hatch :)
 
that's what I've found to be the best way if I threw it in water with some sugar I believe it would actually taste pretty good
 
i use a zma blend with melatonin works great for tren sleeping problems the name of it is bullet proof from super supplement store

I have only used need2sleep and loved it, i mostly use kavakava though, but my GF LOVES need2sleep.
I wonder if I should have her try this one.

I have liked mr.supps other products so im sure this one is also awesome.
 
been using 3 caps before bed straight with a chaser taking them outta the caps.I notice a smoothing feeling before falling asleep and that I'm super hungry in the morning.sleep has been pretty solid.I'm going to try 4 tonight

yea i love it too.this one is pretty good too though.I'm still finding the sweet spot though
 
still going strong.4 seems to be the number for me.straight up powder no cap it kicks in faster but with the cap is still very effective too
