I take two a day. The NOW Vit-Min 100 is well priced and has 100mg of each B vitamin. You won't need to buy a separate B complex. Agreed on adding extra vitamin C though.
I try to stay away from AO aupplementation when I am training. On days off and my regular week off every 2 months I take multis. It is said that it can downregulate the signal for hypertrophy.
