multi-vitamines

Very important to take a Multivitamin. I take GNC Mega Man. 2 tablets / day. 1 in the morning and the other at night.

I also take in some extra vitamins:

Vitamin C
Vitamin E
B-Complex
 
I take them everyday as well along with extra B-Complex, and extra Vitamin A,C, and E.:)

I actually take extra calcium sups too because my Shin bones need to be strong ;)
 
I take two a day. The NOW Vit-Min 100 is well priced and has 100mg of each B vitamin. You won't need to buy a separate B complex. Agreed on adding extra vitamin C though.

Also take one ed, along with E, C, fish oils, and an anti-ox.
 
I try to stay away from AO aupplementation when I am training. On days off and my regular week off every 2 months I take multis. It is said that it can downregulate the signal for hypertrophy.
