okay I know why the muscles get sore the next day and especially the second day after a workout.....but what if you don't get sore after a really having workout??? does that mean that you are getting used to the workout and need to change it up??? Or you aren't working as hard as you need to??? Or does it even matter....must you feel sore the next day or two after a workout to have muscle growth?????

Many factors can contribute to significant or insignificant muscle soreness (DOMS), but muscle soreness is not indicative of hypertrophy.

It take a moment for a bone to break, and weeks for it to heal. Same goes for muscles. Takes an hour to do damage and a week to get it repaired.
