My 1st PCT

I've been running enth for 8 weeks give or take. I took my last dose a few days ago and will be ready for my first pct in less than 2 weeks. I also made the mistake of using wini without test for 5 weeks before I started the test.

I have a few questions. Hope you guys can help.

1. Been using arimidex throughout my cycle. Should I continue through the pct?

2. I'll be using nolvadex. Is this enough? Or should I use something else?

3. How much and how often I should take the nolva.

4. Is nolva harmful to your liver or anything else?

You should stop the AI
This is a classic read on PCT that will answer some of your questions, its an interesting back and forth on taking clomid vs. taking nolva.

no need to take the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) into your post cycle therapy (pct) unless you are having gyno issues. And if you use your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during cycle like arimidex or exemestane, you shouldn't have any gyno troubles. Also for post cycle therapy (pct) I like to use both clomid and nolva.

Thanks. I stopped using my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) but It's still one week before I start post cycle therapy (pct). My nipples are pretty sore so should I use the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) a bit longer?

I've been gettin crazy acne lately too. Well crazy foe me anyways.

I read an acne thread and one of they guys said you should use Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to treat it. I figured the acne kicked in cuz I stopped my AI.

I did gain a few pounds since I got off it though, so that was a nice side.

tan if you can. my homie did that once a week and it made his acne go away. you can use medicated soap bars also
