Before you guys criticize me saying this diet sucks, macros are off, blah blah blah.....
It works for me. And it saves me a hell of a lot of money.
I'm a natural endomorph. I'm carb sensitive. Carbs make me bloat and retain tons of water. In the past 6 months I've gone from 5" 9 225lbs 18% BF - 185lbs 11% bf. Had a max bench of 355x1 @ 225lbs, can do 295x1 @ 185lbs. So some muscle and strength was lost but thats normal. Anyways heres my super cheap cutting diet
Chicken breast
7lbs @ 1.88lb = $13
36 eggs = $4
36oz non fat greek yogurt = $4
7 apples = $2
Spinach bag = $2
There you have it. $25 per week. I know they whey protein isnt in there, but I buy 10lbs of whey for $70 and itll last me a long time.
Daily meals are
16oz chicken breast
2 scoops whey
4 whole eggs
5oz yogurt
1 apple
I dont count calories or macros, too busy with work and school and hobbies. Just wanted to share my diet with any budget minded folks. I'm sure theres better diets but this is cheap and has worked for me.
