My Austinite Shopping List is nearly completed!

Man I love Amazon! So following some of Austinite's interesting protocols for acne, and fat burning and nearly have everything on hand. I'm about 3 days into the acne supplementation and so far no improvements, but I realize it's going to take time. I'll post up here when I can report on improvement.

Also picked up some Yohimbine hcl and the microscopic scoop that comes with it is just comical! How the hell do I get a level scoop of something I need a magnifying glass to see?! Any experience with this supp?

Incidentally, just waiting to clear my next doctors visit and hope to kick into a nice blast phase in August... Have everything but ancillaries at this point, and F I've got the itch to start up soooooooo bad!

Will do, yeah I apparently break out at the 150mg/week mark :-/

Really hoping this kicks it... But I will say, taking so many pills a day is tough! Not sure how he does it, and I'm only on half of his shit!

Acne protocol does appear to help a bit, but I'm thinking I need to check my estro level and get on a low dose AI...
