Do you ever tan? It sounds gay but alot of the dudes i know that have bad acne tan a couple times a week and it goes away... The Rays or some shit kill it.

had the same prob last summer after coming off a test cycle and just got dark and like a week later it was all gone

Ok this sounds crazy but I read in a thead awhile back that NIZORAL shampoo used as a topical solution for body acne...and it work for me.I put a little on my body sponge and my girl will get my back,its good for my arse too and it drys it right up.You can research it to.

Tanning is one of the best ways to get rid of the acne. Try to work it in after work 3 days a week.

Since I started 7 weeks ago I got one zit on my forehead, one on my shoulder and one on my lower back and thats it.

Running 900mgs TE a week now.

I'll keep the Nizoral trick in mind just in case.

yeh man, i have the same problem. Thankfully, its only on my back but damn it hurts like a bitch. Mine are about the size of a pea. 90% of them are located upper back/traps.

i try to get to the beach once a week and go swim for a bit. the saltwater AND the sun REALLY dry up my back. plus, ill lay out in the back yard and get some rays.

Hey, I had the same problem. When I was in Hawaii I went surfing and swimming alot. When I got back home in Canada I noticed my back was clear......If you cant make it to Hawaii try and take epson salt baths. Good luck.

I had it worse than that, whats your B-5 dose? I was running I think 12 grams a day, I ripped through a bottle in something like 4 days. A little tanning also helped me, partly due to color, partly due to drying the skin. Exfoliate whatever you can without causing bleeding.

Tanning really helps and take a dip in the ocean if you live near the coast.

Did the B-5 do anything at all for you? I was thinking about grabbing a bottle for myself today. Ask for doxycycline from your doc, it's an antibacterial drug which helps clear acne. I've used it, and its helped my acne a lot. I think I need to switch to a different med tho, since it's starting to lose its effect.

B5 helps it all depends on how much you use and what other things are going to effect your skin.
