My basic Cutting guidelines

My plan for my cutting diet is pretty simple.......

no starchy carbs after 12 -only veggies

oatmeal and brown rice as my carb source

chicken, eggs, tuna, and whey as my protein sources

Flax and Natty PB as my fat sources

at least 1g protein per lb of bodyweight

about 100 - 150 grams carbs per day

Zantrex-3 and Pre-natal Multi-V as my only supps other than whey

Stay away from Zantrex 3, do a search on it "ITS A SCAM"

I was going the same route you are going to take, but then I started to do my homework, I found that t-rex "found at AFstore.com" was a much better source so I am on it right now and I can def say that it does work, I only have been on a week but noticable changes are there.


If you go with t-rex, then there is a discount on the website for being a member here. Just select the item you want and in the discount box type in afdiscount "its a decent amount off"
