Hey All!! I am trying to bulk up for the next 3-4 months, of course i need to intake 3,500 calories?? correct me if this is a wrong #
I eat at least 6 meals a day. :frogjump:

Here is an example of my diet, I pretty much eat the same shit everyday and its not much of a drastic change, the calories i listed is approx.

suppelments: creatine, multivitamin, bcaa, tribulus, glutamine

meal 1: breakfast: oatmeal with a teaspoon agave nectar for sweetness almonds, walnuts and eggs. 400 calories
Sometimes i might have a cup of coffee at work, i try to avoid coffee.

meal 2: mid morning snack: weight gainer shake from Dymatize 600 calories

Meal 3: lunch: grilled Chicken breasts, brown rice, with stream broccoli, veggies. apple or orange.
600 calories

meal 4: mid afternoon snack: turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomatos on 2 slices of whole grain bread. no mayo/mustard. granola bar 400 calories

meal 5: post work out shake: weight gainer from dymatize 600 calories

Meal 6: dinner: grilled chicken, brown rice, salad with little dressing, a banana or apple.
600 calories

This is pretty much my diet for my bulking phase, i try my best to eat 6 meals a day. again, the calories listed are just estimate. I try to eat a good clean diet with minimizing fat, salt and sugar.

I have some question for everyone:

1. Consuming fruit sugars or Agave nectar for the bulking phase is that acceptable??? I know during cutting phase all sugars must be eliminated. Is it okay for the bulking phase? Again, i try not to eat too much sugar.

2. While you are bulking and eating 6 meals a day, do you have to take a shit 2-3 times a day??? or farting alot?? LOL no stomache or dirreha here. It seems like i have to run to the toilet atleast twice a day. :toilet:

3. How long do you keep your bulking diet plan? lets say i want to gain 10 lbs of muscle for the year

4. Any suggestions or tips to alter my diet?

thanks all!!! :insane2:

Why do you need 3500 calories, lol. Your calorie needs should be based on your weight and activity level.

From what 3j provided drop the shakes, they aren't a meal. Switch the shakes for real food, only have a whey protein shake after the gym, post workout. Eat some beef in your last meal this will help too.
