i am a 5'7" 21 year old male, average build (160 lbs). i made a contest with my friend to see who could have a better body by May '06 (muscle mass and tone, and little body fat). i have some flab around the stomach and chest and would like to see significant improvement in those areas.

what is the best way to train, both diet and exercise, these next several months? i'm willing to commit 3-4 days to the gym and willing to completely change my diet if need be.

where do i start? thanks a lot!!
