my diet, any good?

this is my diet for a rest day and an trainingsday
I am 23 years old
1,80 m
82 kg
vet% 12 (I think)

Rest day

08:00
400 g yoghurt
2 slices of brown bread
30 g chicken

12:00
3 slices of brown bread
3 slices of cheese
80 g chicken


15:00
3 slices of brown bread
3 slices of cheese
80 g chicken

18:00
150 g rice
100 g chicken

21:00
protein shake

Trainings day

9:00
400 g yoghurt
2 slices of brown bread
30 g chicken

training
11:30 after training
sportsdrink
banana
protein shake

14:00
macaroni
130 g tuna
some cheese

17:00
some potatoes
100 g chicken
3 slices of cheese

19:30
100 g chicken
 
What are your goals with this diet??


It looks like it needs some work to me..... you might want to check out the stickies at the top of this forum
 
btw I am 1,76 and not 1,80, I though I was taller but I just measured it:D

I want to get more muscles and don't want much higher vet%

when I took the same diet with a litle more vet and protein my vet% got higher, so I gut back on the vet and take 2 g of protein for every kg of bodyweight( bodyweight=82 kg--> 164 g protein each day)
