Hi everyone,
It’s been years since I’ve been on here so, hello again, lol. I’ve only just got back into training after a fair while off.
40yrs old, 6”1, currently 94kg and out of shape but getting back into it.
Here is the diet I’ve drawn up, thought I’d get everyone’s input, good or bad happy to have it.
Training Days -
2200 Cals
P - 190
C - 230
F - 50
0900 - 80g oats, 2 teaspoons PB, honey
*Train
1100 - Shake with milk PWO
1200 - 200g Chicken, 150g Brown Rice PPWO
1500 - Fruit
1800 - 200g Chicken, 150g Brown Rice
Non Training days -
1900 Cals
P - 180
C - 100
F - 80
0900 - 3 x Eggs, 2 x slices Toast
1200 - 200g Chicken, 25g Cashew, veggies/Salad
1500 - Fruit, 2 x PB
1800 - 200g Chicken, 25g Cashew, veggies/Salad
Train with weights twice a week, and box twice a week. Trying to slim down to under 90kg, I like sitting around 87-88kg.
