Hi Guys started training again. Currently 93kg with +/- 22% bodyfat. Basically I want to go on a diet that will fuel my muscle gains and at the same time loose my fat levels. I was on this for 3months last year and seemed to work quite well, please tell me what you think,
Meal 1 :7:30am
Cereal : Bran/Museli with 2%Milk or 2 slices Wwheat toast(No But) and Bovril.
3 Eggwhites (Microwaved)
Cup Tea (No Sugar) or Glass Fruit Juice
Meal 2 10:30am
Can of Tuna (in water, no mayo) with sliced whole tomoto/Sliced cucumber
or with spaghetti noodles,
or have this as a tuna salad
Meal 3 1pm
1 ½ Skinless Chicken Breast Grilled, ½ Cup Rice, and ½ cup vegetables or
1 ½ Turkey Breast, 2 Sweet Potatoes, and Salad or
1 ½ Steak, ½ Cup Rice and ½ cup vegetables
Meal 4 3:30pm
1 x Apple/Bananna, 8 x WWheat Crackers (No but)
Meal 5 5pm
1 x Protein Drink (2%Milk)

Meal 6 7:30pm
1 x Protein Drink
Meal 7 8pm
1 ½ Steak/Fish/Chicken/Turkey with Salad or Vegtables No rice or potatoes or
3 x Chicken/Steak Salad Burritoes.
