My DR., Tren, and Upping my Testoster Cyp

OK guys - just an update and a couple questions.

Right now im 6'0 228lbs. Been on 160 cyp for about 5 weeks now, and on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for about 10 weeks (first five weeks was at 140). I have my third set of blood work friday to see how 160 ml a week is working. My first set of bloodwork had me at 304 test and my second (after 5 weeks at 140) had me at 401 test.

I was (am) in pretty bad physical condition. Very little muscle mass and too much body fat (33 percent bf). I can already see a difference since hitting the gym about 10 days ago. Dropped about 5 pounds and am stronger. Bench press went from 70 to 90 in that short amout of time (i know still sad, right?) But hey, I'm getting there!

Here is the wrench in my scenario:
1. Met a guy in amazing shape at the gym - we talked for about two weeks and he knows about my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).
2. Hypothetically speaking, he offered me Trenbolone and more Cyp - told me i should up my test cyp to 500 a week and take 50ml of tren every two days. He said his buddy was really overweight and when he did this same stack he leaned out in 6 months and made amazing gains.

Basically, I think its too early for me to be doing tren but i am wanting to up my test cyp. 500 a week sounds awesome. If you guys could - can you project what you think tren plus 500 cyp would do to someone who has very little muscle mass and is a newbie in the gym? I know you probably recommend against it, but if you had to GUESS what would happen what would you say?

Finally, my doc. AFter friday, my third set of bloodwork, he is only going to check my blood every three months. Will he be able to detect the tren and extra test if i dont do the advance dosage about 3 weeks before my next bloodwork?

Thanks!

I haven't tried tren yet, but I can tell you that it's still awfully early in your TRT to add anything to the mix. Your doctor is likely going to want to keep fine tuning your doses until he feels (and hopefully you agree) that you are at a good level. I don't know about you, but 400ng/dL of total test is awfully low for someone having to pin for the rest of their lives, so it may be worth it to TACTFULLY talk to your doc about increasing your dosage even more. Once you've been there for 6 months+, he'll probably start to move your blood tests out further and further.

Once you have enough time between blood tests (6 months to a year apart) can you then start thinking about increasing dosages. If you start earlier than that, you may be forced into a situation where you don't want to be - potentially jeopardizing your doctor's trust and more importantly, your script for testosterone. Keep at the gym and let the TRT do it's thing brother, by the time you're ready to "blast", your body should be in much better shape to handle the extra hormones. 33% bodyfat is going to be tough to deal with if you move up to 500mg/wk of test as you have far more aromatase to contend with, meaning you'll get less from the test, and require a significant dose of aromatase inhibitor.

Once you're at that point, start up a thread in the AAS section as this isn't really TRT related at that point, and you'll get some solid advice in no time. Just remember, slow and steady wins the race. Trying to take "shortcuts" will only make you sorry you took them in the first place.

My .02c :)

stay the course, enjoy what the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) can do, don't get sucked into thinking you need more when you're not even dialed in, it will only lead to bad blood work down the road or side effects that you will need the doc to help with. your hematocrit and hemoglobin does not really reach a Plato until after 12 weeks of you being on a stable dose. don't mess with the protocol for a while

i think ur right man - took me a while to get this outta shape gonna take me a while to fix it
Yep, but at least you should start seeing rewards for all that hard work. Just remember to not push it too hard early on, your body isn't accustomed to resistance training (based on your post) so you need to build up your tendons and ligaments while adding muscle. Going too fast will strain your connective tissues, potentially causing injuries.

Good luck, and let us know how your progress goes! :)
