How's your progress?

Why isn't fasted cardio ever mentioned? I have maintained a 9~ 12% bf for years without counting anything. Just common sense..
As a natural bbuilder I got down to 5% with 20 min of morning fasted cardio along with a 20 min nightly cardio on top of weight training.
I am sitting @ 8.5% right now @ 5'10 217 lb. I train way harder than everyone in the gym and it shows. My breakfast is 6 eggs and 50 Oz of coffee with a scoop of protein and a shot of milk.. I have no carbs until 2nd meal and then eat most anything and everything I want.. Being fairly consistent of eating a good portion of complex carbohydrates and protein through the work week . On the weekends how ever I'll eat anything.
