My first cycle ever

Hello evryone,

Im new to this forum and to steroids. Im thinking of taking one cycle. I dont have too ambitious goals. I just wanna gain 2-3 kg lean muscle. Right now im 180cm and 78 kg, probs about 10% bf.

What would be the best cycle for me?

How many of them do you think i would need to gain 2-3 kg muscle and keep them?

For a first time user, how much do you think i can gain? And how much of that can i keep longterm (if i continue training of course).

Test is always enough for first cycle. U need to just keep it simple and learn how Ur body reacts and c if u get any sides. If u rush in this game ur fked! Slow is better:)

I realize now, after a bit of reading that test e would be the best idea.
Can i harm myself, my body, longterm from just one cycle if its done properly?
 
As long as you do it "properly" you should be good man. Def go test E only first time around, get an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and everything for your pct b4 you start so your really prepared. I would also point you towards the diet section to make sure you know what your doin in that area too

I really wanna do my first cycle and properly prepare for it, but possible longterm side effects are driving me crazy. I appreciate your oppinion that its 'probably' not going to harm me, but is there a real study on such a thinh?
Cos I cant find any real proofs about it. Can you direct me to a link or a study, to make me confident im not gonna hurt myself in one only cycle?
 
And another thing.. Can you please estimate by bodyfat? Do you think I cxan benefit from a cycle with this basis? I dont wanna b too big, i just wanna have an athletic body, with another 2-3 kg of muscle and 9-10%bf.
