I'm a 20 year old boy from Norway, and I would like to post a cycle "log" here.
My reasons for trying steroids was most because of couriosity, but also because alot of my friend do it, and I wanted to add something for my training.
I did alot of research before I started, but things pops up all the time, so I'm happy to learn more!
My stats are:
Age: 20
Weight: 98kg
BF: Don't know.
Been going to the gym for 4 years, and the last 3 years has been mostly lifting, nothing seroius or pro though.
I decided to try Winstrol and Clenbuterol for my cycle (both Alpha Pharma), mainly because I wanted to drop some bodyfat and tighten up. I am aware of that winstrol is not known for giving any super results without adding something else, but I give it a try. I also wanted to try out the Clenbuterol "myth" and see if it really helps on the weightloss, so I could share my experience.
I have also started a pretty strict diet (I believe that the diet does most of the job).
Started up last monday, so I have been cycling for one week now.
Doses:
Winstrol (Rexobol) 50mg E/D
Clenbuterol: 40mg E/D (I Have been exstremely carefull with this, since It is triggering the hearth) Gone up to 80Mg today though.
Milkthistle: 2 tabs a day
Glukosamin: 1-2 tabs a day
The first 3 days, I could notice the shakings from the Clen, and also the hightened water"flushing" I drink like 5 liters of water evryday, and the first day i took a piss like 15 times! I couldn't notice much from the winstrol.
The last days I have noticed that I maintain really hard after training. I can't really notice any more strenght, but that can be because of a much lower intake of carbs, and also that i quitted my bcaa PWO.
Got a couple of pimples (mainly on my legs), and sometimes small headaches. Got also some small cramps sometimes (Does'nt hurt, more like tickling) My weewee is also a bit more active than normal
I went up to 80mg of clen today, and I can clearly notice more shaking and sweating, I will rund this for4-5 days, then take it back down and quit after 2 weeks total.
I can actually see some difference allready, no difference in my weight, but the fat around my belly is shrinking, my arms and chest are getting more toned, and I feel pretty motivated
